How to change the day for start of the week for reporting purposes (QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop)

I can do a lot in QB (desktop & online) but this is one I cannot resolve on my own. Hoping my community can assist here.

My client's work week is Monday thru Sunday. I have the payroll schedule set for that. HOWEVER< so I can properly allocate and report the costs & revenue recognition by week, I need to have the reports reflect accordingly. We display the P&L by week. As we know, QB defaults to the week being Sunday thru Saturdays when we ask reports to display by week. This makes things look odd when the week is split over 2 different months and we are only pulling a report for a specific month. (due to having to accrue the income & expense for the proportional week to account for it in the proper month for sales tax reporting purposes.)
Any assistance/suggestions would be helpful.

    Hey there, Niffler.

     

    We understand that it's essential for you to customize the start day of the week on your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) reports to make your workflow more seamless. 

     

    However, the option to change the start day of the week on reports is currently unavailable in QBDT. 

     

    As a workaround, you can still customize the date range of your report by choosing the Dates dropdown and selecting the available date range or manually setting the date by clicking on the calendar icon in the From and To fields. If you only enter a To date but leave the From date blank, you will get data as of the To date.
