How to change the format of QuickBooks budget when printing?

The printing of the budget created in QuickBooks is not friendly to the eye. Last year it wasn't like this and can't seem to find a setting to change it. For example, no commas, very small font, etc.

Yes, you're right. Currently, we're unable to customize the font size of reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you can zoom in on the screen by pressing the Ctrl + buttons simultaneously on your keyboard.

 

Alternatively, you may export it to Excel, so you'll have the freedom to personalize the appearance of your reports according to your preferences.
