I see you're trying to switch back to the old-style invoices. Can you confirm what QuickBooks plan you have? If you're using the Essential or Simple Start plan, you'll be transitioned to the new invoice experience without the option to opt-out. This means that you will not have the ability to revert to the old invoicing experience.

Select Feedback under Profile.
