I have more than 10 business checking accounts and credit card links to my quick book accounts. I would like to export the transaction list for all of my accounts linked for last year. Is there a way to do it?

Thanks

Matt

Generating a report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides insightful financial analysis, offering a comprehensive overview of your business performance, MattTx. I am here to assist you in exporting your transactions on your chart of accounts.

In QuickBooks Online, the Run Report within the Chart of Accounts allows you to generate a detailed report for each individual account. This way you can view all the transactions and financial activities specific accounts that is link in your QBO.

To export a transaction list for your linked accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Transactions, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Choose the account you want to export.
  3. Click the View register drop-down and select Run report.

  4. On the Account QuickReport page, set the Report period to Custom dates.
  5. Select More Actions and choose to export the report as an Excel or CSV file.

Moreover, I've added this article If you need to review your transactions or make quick edits, you can do them right from an account register: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers in QuickBooks Online.
