How to create Batch Invoicing

I am trying to create one invoice that will apply to all my customers. Instead of having to do it one-by-one, is there a way to a batch invoicing?

The feature is only available in QBO Advanced.

If you don't have QBO Advanced, you can use a 3rd party tool.

If you're using an Advanced subscription, you can create multiple invoices at the same time for multiple customers.

Here's how:

Use your + New button, then go to Batch transactions.
From the Select transaction type ▼ drop-down list, choose Invoices.
Pick any of your fields on line 1 to start. This is the first invoice.
Use line 2 to add a new invoice. If you need to delete one, click More options, then Delete invoice.
Enter as many invoices as you need in separate lines.
Select Save.
