I'm here to share some information about deleting management reports, Bob.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the default Management reports, like the Company Overview, Sales, and Expenses Performance, can't be removed. It means that these transcripts generated by the program automatically won't be deleted from the system. However, if you have manually created or duplicated one, you can delete it anytime.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports and click the Management Reports tab.
  2. Locate the report you made or replicated.
  3. In the Action dropdown menu, select Delete.
  4. Press Yes to confirm.
