How to download state Form 1099-NEC from Quickbooks either in CSV format or standardized format

If Intuit files forms for you, they'll be available to view or print 35 days after the end of your quarter. Amended forms will be available once their cases are complete.
 

The steps for viewing tax forms will depend on which payroll subscription you're using.
 

Here's how to access forms with an Assisted plan:
 

1. In your top menu bar, go to Employees, then Payroll Center.
2. Access the File Forms tab and click View/Porint forms & W-2s.
3. In your Payroll Tax Center window, enter the Payroll PIN, then hit OK.
4. Click File Forms.
5. Select which forms you want to download.

Here's how to access forms with an Enhanced plan:
 

1. In your top menu bar, go to Employees, then Payroll Center.
2. Access the File Forms tab.
3. Under Filing History, hit Save Filings or E-Filings.
4. Select a form to view and save it.
