How to fix not being able to add produce/service to an expense?

Using QBO and have tried clearing browser cache, using a different browser and resetting the app data.

Contacting our Customer Care Team would be the best option to get through this. By doing so, they can access your account in a secure environment and conduct further investigation to determine the root cause of the issue. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, select Help (?).
  3. Select either Assistant or Search. Depending on what you choose you can click Talk to a human, connect by starting a chat or Get a callback.
