How to get a refund from quickbooks because their bookkeepers are incompetent

You will have to contact QB for that refund.  But good luck.  They never seem real willing to give back money.  But they'll happily take more.

To begin with, you'll need to cancel your subscription before submitting a request. You can follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and Billing.
2. Select Cancel for QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. 
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
