How to get email acknowlegements for AP payments? We use Quick Books Bill Payment. Prevously when QB was using Melio for Bill Payments, we used to get such Emails.

Hello there, ram. I can share information about receiving acknowledgment emails for bill payments in QuickBooks Bill Pay.

An email confirmation will be sent to both you and the payee once you schedule a bill payment. Similarly, when the bill payment is complete, both you and the payee will receive another email confirmation. Please make sure that you have correctly set your email associated with your company file to get these confirmation emails.

Moreover, you'll want to take note of how payment processing works for your vendor: 

1. We will retrieve the money from your Funding Source on the Withdrawal Date.
2. The payment is sent to your vendor via your chosen payment method. In case of payments sent through check, we print the check and send it via mail. After that, the check number will be available once it's emailed, and available for viewing on the Bill Payments page.
