In QuickBooks Online, you can pull up the Customer Contac List report or the Transaction List by Customer and customize it to include the billing addresses.

Go to the Reports from the left menu.
Enter the Transaction List by Customer/Customer Contac List report in the Search box.
Click the Customize button.
Change the date range.
Click Rows/Columns.
On the Customize report window, check the Billing Address.
Select Run Report.
