How to pause an invoice?

The option to pause an invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For now, we can only pause recurring transactions in the program.

This functionality would be great to be added to QuickBooks. Thus, I'd suggest sending your suggestions to our product development team. They can review your request and more likely incorporate this in future improvements. 

Here's how to send feedback:

1. Go to Settings and select Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

In addition, you can customize your sales transactions in QuickBooks. This will help personalize the appearance and layout of your sales forms to enhance your business communications.
