How to print an invoice right after entering it?

Welcome to the Community, ap-queueservices.

You can print an invoices from your Invoices screen.

Here's how:
 

1. In the left navigation bar, go to Sales, then Invoices.
2. Find an invoice you want to print.
3. Under its Action column, click your Drop-Down Arrow (▼).
4. Choose Print.
5. Use the Printer icon in your top right hand corner.
6. Select Print.
