Good day, ouelletteconstru.

I've got the steps on how you can print estimates. Let me guide you with these process:

  1. From the Sales tab, select Customers.
  2. Go to the All Sales tab.
  3. Locate the estimate.
  4. Under ACTION, click the Create invoice drop-down.
  5. Select Print.
  6. Click the Print icon.

When you're ready to create an invoice out of the estimate, you can check this guide: Convert an estimate to an invoice.

There you have it, ouelletteconstru. Don't hesitate to mention my name if you need help in creating an invoice. I'll be around to help you.

Hello, alrice11,

I'd like to help you out but I need more details from you.

Are you using QuickBooks Online? If so, can you give more details about the page you're on and if possible, a screenshot? I'll be able to come up with a way to help you print or email your estimates.

However, are you using QuickBooks Desktop? More details would definitely help.

Looking forward to your reply.
