Welcome to QuickBooks Community, waverunner. I'll make sure to provide accurate details about recovering deleted sales receipts in QuickBooks.

There isn't a direct option to recover deleted transactions, such as sales receipts. However, you can review the details of the deleted transactions and use this information when reentering them into your records. You can accomplish this by utilizing the Audit log feature. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go to the Gear icon
  2. Select Audit log under the Tools column.
  3. Choose user, appropriate date, and select Deleted/Voided transactions.
  4. Click View.
  5. Take note of the details and reenter them.
  6. Recreate sales receipt.

Additionally, here are some articles that provide step-by-step instructions on how to personalize your sales forms and record income:

Feel free to reach out if you have further questions about handling transactions, including deleting and re-adding them in the program. I'm available to assist you whenever you need help.
