How to remove my vehicle from my account?

Hi there, ivterz.

 

Let me share some insights about your concern. Removing a vehicle that has been added to your account is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

I can see how this option would be beneficial to your business. For now, we'll take this as a product suggestion. 

 

In the meantime, I would suggest visiting our Online Blog so you'll be updated with the features and enhancements that our developers are currently working on.

Dear product team,

 

please implement the feature to remove vehicles. there's another thread from 4.5 years ago, asking for this and it STILL hasn't been implemented. it is a real pain especially when QBSE is used in conjunction with Turbotax, where the vehicle info is carried in automatically.

 

How is it possible that a such a feature is created without the ability to remove the vehicle? What is more frustrating is that the product team keeps sitting on the request for more than 4.5 years...

    At this time, you can only make the vehicle inactive. The option to delete a vehicle will be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. I also encourage you to leave feedback from within the account. 

     

    Follow the steps below:

     

    1. Go to the Assistant button from the top bar.
    2. Enter Send feedback from the chatbox.
    3. Click on Add a feature and enter your suggestion.

    This is really ridiculous, hard to believe I still pay a monthly fee for this bad program.  I have some mystery vehicle now in my account I can't remove!  Thanks for messing up my taxes, again.
