Hi there, braddy. I can help you how to sort the list in your Chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

The option to re-sort your COA in QBO is not applicable. Instead, you can sort the list in ascending or descending order.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Chart of accounts.
2. To sort your lists, click the NAME, ACCOUNT TYPE, DETAIL TYPE, QUICKBOOKS BALANCE, and BANK BALANCE.
3. Click the arrow facing downward ↓ to sort it in descending or upward ↑ to ascending order.

You can also organize your COA in QBO by using the account numbers. You'll need to enable this feature first to assign a number to your accounts.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. On the Chart of accounts field, turn On the Enable account numbers.
4. Select Done.
