How to setup and modify scheduled reports

I recognize the need to set up scheduled reports in QuickBooks Online to make your business progress efficiently. Let's work together to accomplish this.

First, you'll need to have a customized report saved in your QBO account. Otherwise, you can save any reports without customizing them to start creating a schedule for them. Here's how:

1. On the left menu, head to Reports.
2. Open any reports.
3. Click the Save as or Save customization button and enter a custom report name.
4. Select Save.
   

After that, we can start creating the schedule. Here's how:

1. While on the Reports page, navigate to the Custom reports tab.
2. Look for the customized report and click the Edit button under its Action column. If you see a Delete button instead, click the dropdown arrow and select Create a Schedule.
    
3. Toggle on the Set email schedule.
4. Enter the necessary information about the recurrence of your scheduled report.
5. Click Save and Close.

You've finally succeeded in creating your schedule reports. You can also consider creating recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
