We accidentally turned on the multi-currency but it shouldn't be the case. We've read that once activated, it cannot be turned off but we are unable to create transactions given the current assigned currencies in our bank accounts and chart of accounts list. Thanks

You know that you can't turn off multi-currency.   Before you switched it on, you had to check a box that said you understand that you cannot turn it off.   I doubt that customer support has a back-end way to do it but maybe they do.

That being said, it is not terrible. You have all the same functionality as before. You do not lose anything.

" we are unable to create transactions " - that has to be because of something else, not multi-currency.

I'm testing QBD Enterprise and setup it for multicurrency, after that I no longer have the Insights function, I get the following message: "Sorry, but Insights is not available in company files that use multiple currencies". Is there any solution to having the Insights function with multiple currencies?
