To generate an Invoice List report, you can follow these simple steps: 
 

1. Go to the Reports section from the left menu in QuickBooks Online.
2. Type Invoice List in the search bar and select the report from the dropdown menu. 
3. Choose the report period for which you want to view the invoices. 
4. Customize the report as per your requirements. You can choose to include/exclude specific customers, products or services, and payment methods. 
5. Click the Run Report button to generate the report.

Once the report is generated, you can view all your old invoices in a tabular format. The report includes the invoice number, date, customer name, amount, due date, and open balance. You can also export the report to Excel or PDF format for further analysis.
