How would you classify a butcher in your Chart of Accounts?

I think I've been through all the Expense, Other Expense, and COGS categories about this, and no article seems on point.

I pay a butcher shop to process my hogs into cuts for retail sale.

This doesn't seem like "Cost of Labor," since the butcher is neither a W-2 nor 1099 employee.

From what I've read, "Cost of Services" under COGS means the cost of producing YOUR services, not necessarily the cost of paying someone else for their services.

What do you guys think the best Detail Type for this is? I know Detail Types don't really matter at the end of the day, but I'd like to have a clean, consistent chart of accounts.

Thanks.
