I accidentally left Venmo payments on an invoice. I got a message they paid via venmo, but I don’t have an account for my business, only personal. Now what?

I'll share info on what happened to your customer's payment made via Venmo.

The email only indicates that someone paid you via Venmo. However, the funds will be deposited in your bank account associated with the QuickBooks Payments in a normal deposit schedule, even without a Venmo business account.
