Question

I added an expense in May that was over $500. When I look at all my expense reports, it says my total expenses is $290. I made sure it was labeled "expense"?

Let's verify if you've correctly set the reporting date and accounting method for the reports you need to track. I also suggest reviewing the details and amount of the transaction in question to ensure accuracy.

 

To view the correct data of the report:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu (Take me there).
  2. Enter the report's name in the Search field.
  3. At the top of the page, make sure the Report period and Accounting method are accurate.
