I am attempting to transfer funds to my local checking. My limit is 50k per day. I have to transfer 100k. The system has only permitted 20k after dozens of attempts

Since you've mentioned having some errors after transferring your funds, it's best to use other supported web browsers or private browsers to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:
