I am disappointed in quickbooks that they lie and say that they have emailed 1099s when they havent. Some were emailed and others not yet it says that they were emailed

Thus, it's essential to ensure that the contractor's profile contains accurate and active information, including their email address.

Since you mentioned that your contractors haven't received the forms that were emailed, I suggest checking their spam or junk folder. However, if they didn't receive it, you can contact our Customer Support team to check this further. You can follow the steps below to reach them:

1. Go to Help (?), then select the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us.
