I am experiencing errors with the mobile application since it does not allow me to make invoices from my cell phone.

Beforehand, may I know the exact error message you've received when making an invoice? Any information or screenshot provided will help us resolve the problem.

 

In the meantime, let's refresh the app to fix some data issues. You can follow the steps below depending on your phone's operating system.

 

For the IOS version:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. If you get a prompt message, "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.

 

If you get the same result, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

Additionally, have you tried logging into your account on a web browser? If not, I suggest doing so and creating an invoice from there.
