Question

I am going to add some delayed charges to my customer and the option to add delayed charges appears to be gone. Does anyone know about this? Maybe it moved?

Hi there, Jambotwiga.

The absence of the delayed charges option in your QuickBooks Online caught me off guard. I was able to replicate it in our system and it is still there, then moving is also not an option.

The first step is to open a private browsing window (incognito) in your preferred browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Then, log in to QuickBooks Online using your correct login credentials via this link: qbo.intuit.com.

If the website is functioning properly on the alternative browser, I recommend clearing the cache on your regular browser. This will remove any corrupted data and allow fresh data to be retrieved from the server. If the issue persists, please try using one of the other supported browsers.

Additionally, you can refer to this article to see steps on how you can receive and record the accounting for invoice payments: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
