Welcome to the Community. Let me add further information on printing checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you print a check in QBO, ensure your printer is set up for QuickBooks so your checks align and print out correctly. After setting up, record your written checks and create the checks you want to print. Here's How:

  1. Go to + New, then select Check.
  2. Select who you want to address the check from the Payee dropdown.
  3. From the Bank Account dropdown, select the account you want the money to come from.
  4. Fill out the rest of the fields accordingly.
  5. If you need to reuse a check number, uncheck the Print later checkbox. Confirm that the check number already exists.
  •  Print check. If you choose this option, it will directly print checks.
  • Print later checkbox. This option adds the check to the print queue, where you enter the check number and print all your checks simultaneously.

      6. Select Save and close.

Please note that you can print your own checks, but they need to be formatted for QuickBooks. If not you can order QuickBooks-compatible checks from Intuit.
