Question

I am sending my invoices through QB, but some customers are stating they are not receiving them. Double checked their emails and they are correct. Why is this happening?

Hello there, @dhph. Allow me to guide you on how troubleshoot if customers aren't receiving the invoices you emailed to your customer. 

 

If your customer did not receive your email, you can advise them to check their junk and spam folders. If they still can't find it, ask them to clear their mail and re-enter your and their email address. Here's how you can do it: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 
  2. Click the Gear icon and select the Intuit account under Profile. 
  3. Select the Sign in & security tab and select Email address
  4. Review the email address and make changes as needed.
  5. Hit Save. 
  6. Send yourself a test transaction.

 

If you still can't receive the email, try using a different email address with a different domain. For example, if you were using a Gmail email address, try a Hotmail or Yahoo address instead.
