I am trying to find the emails that were undeliverable. i don't have TASK as an option under my Dashboard?

1. In the left menu, click Sales.
2. Go to the Invoices tab.
3. In the Status dropdown button, choose Needs attention.

From there, you'll see those undelivered invoices.
