I recognize you're having issues with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoices not being delivered to your client email, Info. I'm here to help you run a series of troubleshooting steps to fix this.

First, ensure that you're using your client's current email. If you're using one, please check the To section of your invoices to see if an email has been entered. I also recommend letting your clients check their Spam or Junk folders in their emails.

If you've completed all the recommended steps and still haven't found the email, let's reset your email address. Kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your QBO Account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Company tab, then click the pencil icon ✎ to modify the Contact info.
  4. Re-enter your email address.
  5. Select Save, then Done.

After that, try sending yourself or your client a test transaction. If you do not receive the email, try using a different email address with a different domain. For instance, if you're using a Gmail address, try a Hotmail or Yahoo address.

Furthermore, if the solutions don't work, I recommend seeking help from your IT expert to configure the server to accept QuickBooks mail server hostnames and IP addresses.

Moreover, you'll receive payments from your customer after sending their invoices. To record them, refer to this article: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you need further assistance with your invoices or any QBO-technical issue, Info. I’ll jump right back in to assist further. Have a great day ahead!

@Irene R  Has your company ever considered taking notes from literally every single other website in existence and learning to manage the concept of internet cache?
