I am unable to send invoices it said, halo succeeded, and then something went wrong?

To address this, we can troubleshoot by accessing your account through a private window. This will help us determine if this issue related to your browser’s cache or cookies.

 

To open one, here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

Once there, generate and send new invoice to your customer. If that works, please clear your browser's cache for a fresh start. Additionally, use the updated version of your browser to make most out of QuickBooks.
