I am unable to use QuickBooks Bill Pay in QBO. Is any one else using it?

I'm here to discuss your regarding the eligibility of using BillPay in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

To use Bill Pay in QBO, ensure that you have an active QBO subscription and not a trial version or expired account in order to use Bill Pay. You must resubscribe before you can sign up for Bill Pay if you have an expired account. 

However, if you are using an active account in QBO, I recommend that you contact our customer support team. Our Customer Support team has the necessary tools to verify your eligibility and process the verification of your account.

Here's how you can reach them:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
5. Choose how would you like to contact with QB support team.

• Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
• Via Chat, start a chat with our support.
