I am using a Tera price scanner model HW0008 to read the barcodes and feed the invoice, the system recognizes it as a new service and not as a product already created.

there are many different items on the invoice and it is not possible to work like this.

Currently, the option to use a barcode scanner for invoices in QBO is unavailable. You may consider looking for a third-party application to utilize this from the QuickBooks App Store.
