Question

I askes how to change an estimate into an invoice. I go to sales and i dont have the option to choose all sales. What now?

Let me walk you through the process of converting an estimate to an invoice and point out where to access the All Sales option so it appears on your end, Eric143.
 
When you click the Sales menu, you'll see the All Sales tab in the upper part of the page and not on the drop-down menu. I've added a screenshot for reference:
 
After clicking the tab, you'll see all your sales transactions listed, including the estimate. Once an estimate is marked as accepted, you can click the Convert to invoice hyperlink to turn it into an invoice. Please see the below reference:
 
On the other hand, if you're still unable to see the option, ensure you have the necessary and specific permission and access to view customers and sales transactions in the account. You can edit or modify your role setting if needed. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Manage users.
  2. Find the user you want to edit, then select Edit in the Action column. You can change the user role from the Roles dropdown.
  3. Select the account management settings you want to manage.
  4. Click Save.

However, if you continue to experience issues after following the steps above, we can perform troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related problem. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using incognito window by utilizing the shortcut keys listed below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

This mode deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. After that, double-check if you can already access the All Sales tab. If so, go to your main browser and clear the cache to fix the problem. Cached files and data can sometimes cause a webpage to reload.
 
Also, some browsers have a setting that can cause a page to reload automatically. On the other hand, if it is still not working, consider switching to another supported browser.
