Question

I bank with Quickbooks checking, and I have lines missing from a statement. I’ve certified this with quickbooks, but green dot doesn’t want to fix it. What do I do?

The transactions missing are a quickbooks deposit and the corresponding intuit transaction expense. When I asked green dot to audit the statement, the first person told me I was wrong. The second person just simply hung up on me. Quickbooks has verified twice now that what I’m seeing is accurate, but Greendot will not resolve the issue. Since it is a quickbooks branded account, there should be some sort of resolution.

However, I do recommend contacting us and getting on a screen share to dive further to see what is missing and investigate the matter more in a secure environment. Here's how to connect with us: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button
  3. Enter "callback" in the "What can we help you with?" section.
  4. Select "Let's Talk"
  5. Pick the "Get a call" option to connect with us.
