I can not select any accounts from the Drop down menu. It only says NEW. im trying to move funds from Undeposited funds to Petty cash This option has been available

on customer and suppliers account , the drop down list only has recent payments. but it should allow you to see all payments (cheque) by filter dates , eg all cheques issued on dates selected,

as it was on QB desk top.
