Hi there, Schimitt89.

I'm here to help ensure you can upload or snap receipts in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

To begin, may I know if you encounter any error when attempting to snap a receipt? Any extra details you can provide will assist me in offering the most effective solution for your issue.

As it's functioning on your tablet, we can troubleshoot your mobile app. We'll begin by clearing your app's cache to refresh the data. Sometimes, stored cache can lead to unexpected system behavior.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and tap Yes.

After completing this process, try snapping a receipt again to see if it's now functioning. If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application to start afresh.

To uninstall:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap the menu and select My apps & games.
  3. Next, tap on the QBO mobile app.
  4. Then, select Uninstall.

Once done, please refer to this article for the detailed steps on how to reinstall the QBO mobile app: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

After your receipt has been successfully uploaded, the next step is to review and categorize them to ensure they are assigned to the correct accounts. Refer to this article for future reference: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have follow-up questions about uploading receipts or anything else, Schimitt89. I'll be here to assist. Take care.
