I can't move a customer from one sub account to another as I used to be able to...help?

Hello, @Shadyal.

You can go to the customer's information to move a sub-customer from one parent account to another.

Let me show you how:

Go to your Sales menu and select Customers.
Look for the customer and click the Edit button.
Click the Is sub-customer checkbox and choose the parent customer from the list.
Hit the Save button once you're done.

no no no no...it doesn't work....TALKED FOR HOURS before on this, SOME GEEK has screwed up the system, am not able to move customers from one sub account from the other.....you're welcome to schedule a screen share with me to see!

I'm happy to help out here, and I'd like to gain some additional insight into what's happening when you try to move the sub-customer. Are you receiving an error message? If so, could you provide me with that error message or a screenshot? Once I know more, I can give you a definitive answer.
