I can't pay bills on my homework problems. It asks me to choose plan.

I know how important it is for you to pay bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'd be happy to shed some light on QuickBooks Bill Pay.

The reason why it asks you to choose a plan it's because when you create a bill you choose the Save and Schedule Payment option. If you don't want to encounter the Choosing a Plan interface moving forward, you can just select either Save or Save and Close option.
