Hi there, Hayden. Let me help you in previewing your created invoice and estimates inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO allows you to preview your sales forms before printing to have a sample of what the printout will look like. In your case, could you please let us know if you receive any error messages when trying to preview your invoices and estimates? Any additional information would be a help for us to assist you with this.

In the meantime, performing basic troubleshooting steps is recommended. Basic browser troubleshooting can rule out the possible reasons for these issues with your browser. Know that browsers accumulate temporary internet files that can affect your browsing experience. Too many internet files can sometimes change how your QBO company behaves, resulting in errors when performing tasks.

See the following keyboard shortcuts for suitable browsers to open a private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

We’re here to make sure you can easily preview invoices in QuickBooks, @Ristow1725. I recommend clearing your app's cache. It's a handy first step to fix many common errors.

Here's how:

  1. Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback
  2. Click Refresh Data and Refresh

To manage the storage on iOS, access the Settings menu on your device, then navigate to General and select iPhone Storage. Identify an application that occupies a significant amount of space. You can free up the storage without removing the app's documents and data by opting for the Offload App feature.

Once done, restart your mobile phone and verify whether you can utilize your mobile application to create invoices.

If the problem continues, please consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile application.

That didn’t change anything.
