I can't save any new invoice or estimate, this new layout reeks! There was nothing wrong with the way it was.

Let's figure out why you can't save a new invoice or estimate, homeandwindow.

 

Did you get any specific error message when saving your invoice or estimate? This way, we can further check if there's an ongoing investigation about it.

 

If there's no error message, we can perform some troubleshooting steps. To start, open your account in a private window. It will help us check if the concern is browser related. Sometimes, too much cache build can cause unexpected behavior with the product. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

After completing the task, attempt to save the invoice or estimate. If successful, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to access your account and save your transaction.
