I have some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the printing issue, @pstives44.

Most printing issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO) can be resolved by updating, repairing, and reinstalling the Adobe Reader/Acrobat software. Let me guide you how.

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Click the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Input Control Panel then hit Enter.
  4. Choose Programs and Features.
  5. Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  6. In the Setup dialog box, click Next.
  7. Choose Repair, then Next.
  8. Select Install.
  9. When the process is finished, hit Finish.
  10. Restart your computer.
  11. Log back into QBO, then print.

If repairing Adobe Reader won't fix the problem, it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader.

Alternatively, you can perform browser troubleshooting steps.
