Question

I changed bank accounts and closed my old account. Someone paid an invoice today and qb says it deposited in my closed account. What can I do to correct this?

I recommend contacting our Customer Support team to understand why the amount was posted to the closed bank account and to guide you in posting to the correct account. They have the necessary tools to access your account securely and can help address your issue.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Select the Search tab and click on the Contact Us button.
  3. Select a topic for your concern.
  4. You will now be provided with options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
