I converted from Desktop to Online and some of my invoices converted over to journal entries. How do I fix that?

Welcome to the Community space, @stacy-carnell. It's a pleasure to have you with us. I want to take a moment to clarify the issue regarding why some invoices convert into journal entries during your transition to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When moving from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QBO, you may notice that certain transactions—particularly checks, invoices, and payments—are converted into journal entries. This conversion typically happens when the system faces challenges in accurately recreating these transactions based on the data from QBDT. This means the original transactions can't be restored in their previous forms in QBO.
