If you're having issues with receiving payments from your customers inside QuickBooks Online (QBO) and are using QuickBooks Payments, it takes a few days for customer payments to flow into your bank account. You might want to check the deposit speed of your subscription to get an idea of when your funds will be processed. We can outline the steps to help you check your deposit speed:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Select the Payments tab.
  5. Review the Deposit Speed section.

For first-time users, funds will enter the account within 5 - business days since we're still setting up your account. Once done, future payments will be deposited much faster. Visit this page for more details, please see this page: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
