Question

I created 120 recurring transactions which are rent invoices. I have to print a hard copy for our records. I cannot find where to do that. Thanks.

I'm thrilled to share with you a time-saving tip for printing multiple transactions or recurring invoices all at once.

 

Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Head to the Sales menu and select the Invoices tab.
  2. Simply check off all the invoices you want to print by batch.
  3. Click Batch actions and then select Print.
