I created an invoice and paid in 2023, but I forgot to change the status from unpaid to paid. and I just did it but it shows as 24 income. how to correct the year?

There isn't an option to change the payment date for now. But no worries, we can correct it by adjusting the invoice date. By doing this, the paid invoice will show under 2023 income.
 

1. Go to the Invoices menu.
2. Find the invoice you want to edit. Click drop-down arrow and select Edit.
3. Modify the invoice date. You can also change the due date, if necessary.
4. Hit Save.
