Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @richmark. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure your invoices utilize the default template in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In some instances, the browser will exhibit unusual behaviors when loaded with frequently visited pages. I'll be glad to assist you in performing browser troubleshooting steps so you can get back to business seamlessly.

First, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser to access the product with a fresh start. You may utilize these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Once resolved, return to your original browser to clear its cache and cookies or switch to a different supported one. It's likely a temporary issue with QBO or your current browser.

You may also run reports for particular accounts to get a breakdown of every aspect of your organization.

Let me know if you need additional assistance about invoice templates. I'm always here to help you out. Keep safe!
