Question

I do NOT want my clients having a Payment link with the invoice. This must have recently appeared on the client end and I need to know how to remove this???

My clients have always paid directly via Zelle,Venmo,etc. Now they must be receiving a link to pay with these but through Quickbooks.

Welcome to the Community, @rocksolidav. I understand the challenges this has caused you. Rest assured, I'm here to help you remove the payment link in your invoices.

 

There are two ways to achieve this. The first one is by turning off the online payments within the invoice.


The second is by going to the Print or Preview at the bottom part of the invoice page. Then, uncheck the Add a Pay invoice link and Add a QR Code.

 

After sending the invoices to your customer, you can now record their payment in QBO.
